On this page we present our read file analysis package Quarc. It contains a few simple java programs and shell scripts that present some statistics about the input data.

Check Readme.txt in the archive for a brief description of the containe files. Each script or program outputs info about their usage when invoked without parameters.

The java programs rely only on a java runtime enverionment being installed on the system (not the latest either). Some of the scripts rely on further software like Gnuplot, R, and ggplot2 (a R library).

Feel free to modify the programs and scripts to satisfy your needs.
